Training Rules
- • Classes take place at USLA's Kanyon Campus.
- • Name checks of participants are conducted before the training begins.
- • USLA reserves the right to change classrooms for opened trainings.
- • USLA reserves the right to change content and dates up to 24 hours before events if deemed necessary.
- • USLA reserves the right to cancel the organization up to 24 hours in advance by refunding the event fee paid by participants if it deems necessary or if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
- • USLA has fulfilled its obligation to inform and warn. In case of any non-compliance with the disclosed rules by participants, USLA family will not be responsible for any risks and accidents that may occur.
- • There are no make-up classes; another person cannot attend in your place.
- • As stated in Article 48 of the Consumer Protection Law, “in distance contracts, contracts outside the scope, the rights and obligations of the consumer and the seller and provider, the right of withdrawal, the obligation to inform, delivery and other implementation procedures and principles are determined by regulation.” Under this article, as clearly stated in the g clause of the 15th article titled “exceptions to the right of withdrawal” of the Distance Contracts Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014, “Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following contracts: contracts for accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, and evaluation of leisure time for entertainment or relaxation that must be made on a specific date or period.” Therefore, the 'Professional Bar and Mixology Training' cannot be refunded or changed.
