Job Opportunities and Internships

Job Guarantee and Internship Opportunities at USLA

USLA students complete their education not only through classroom learning but also by experiencing professional work environments. Students enrolled in the internship program are entitled to receive internationally recognized American Hospitality Academy certificates upon successful completion of their internship.

In this context, we offer our students both international and domestic internship opportunities; after graduation, we support the job placement process to help them make a strong start to their careers.

6 Month Job Guarantee After Graduation

USLA also supports the job placement process after graduation to enable professional program graduates to step into the industry quickly and accurately.

Candidates graduating from the Professional Culinary and Professional Pastry & Baking programs can choose from a list of partner businesses determined by USLA.

USLA conducts the matching process considering the graduate's preferences, location suitability, program performance, professional qualifications, and the position needs of the businesses.

The goal is to match the graduate with one of the chosen businesses. Matched graduates will start working with social security at the relevant business, and it is expected that the working process continues for a minimum of 6 months.

Pricing Model

In the job placement process after graduation, pricing is determined based on whether the graduated program includes an internship or not.

Working conditions, job descriptions, salaries, and social security processes are managed by the relevant employer business.

Strong Start to Career

USLA's approach to internships and job placements aims to establish strong connections between students and the industry not only during the education process but also after graduation.

Through this model, students and graduates;

  • Experience real professional kitchen environments,
  • Learn the working discipline of the industry,
  • Establish business connections,
  • Prepare for domestic and international career opportunities more equipped.

USLA aims to train its students and graduates as individuals who have gained field experience and are ready for professional work life, suitable for the needs of the gastronomy sector.

International Work and Internship Opportunities

At USLA, we value our students gaining an international vision. In this regard, we collaborate with prestigious hotel and restaurant chains in different regions of the world.

Our students have the opportunity to intern in many different destinations from Europe to America;

  • Get to know global culinary cultures,
  • Learn international service and business standards,
  • Have the chance to make a global start to their careers.

International internship experience allows our students to observe different culinary disciplines, professional working cultures, and international gastronomy standards on-site.

Domestic Internship Opportunities

In Turkey, we collaborate with leading hotel groups, restaurant chains, fine dining restaurants, and innovative gastronomy businesses in the sector.

Our students;

  • Have the opportunity to intern in the kitchen and service departments of 5-star hotels,
  • In restaurants listed in Michelin and Gault&Millau guides,
  • In cafes, restaurants, and production kitchens with innovative concepts.

This way, our students reinforce their theoretical knowledge in professional kitchen environments, experience the working discipline of the industry, and take a stronger step into working life after graduation.
