First Step into the Kitchen Pastry 2
Are you ready to explore the delicate measurements, dough techniques, and cream balances of pastry with the right foundations in the kitchen?
The First Step into the Kitchen: Pastry Training at USLA Kanyon Campus is designed for those who want to learn how to make sweets from scratch, those aiming to produce with chef techniques at home, and those looking for a creative break in the kitchen. Under the mentorship of our instructor chefs, you will practically experience the building blocks of pastry from cookie and cake chemistry to tart and pie doughs, and from basic cream varieties to chocolate processing dynamics at your individual station.
We welcome all flavor enthusiasts who want to combine the chemical balance of ingredients with practical skills and prepare professional desserts in their kitchens.
