New Term at the Culinary School USLA

Those who closely follow the world of gastronomy know USLA very well...

Its full name is the International Service and Flavor Academy and it is one of Turkey's rooted culinary schools.

Now this academy is entering a new term under the roof of Aziz Ebay Holding, which stands out with its successes in the restaurant, catering, energy, technology, and education sectors, and focuses solely on sustainable investments. In the new term, students will receive education through programs shaped according to their personal needs, going beyond the classical understanding of education. The wide range from culinary arts to pastry making, barista training to gastronomy workshops will be further enriched with the sector's field experiences and contemporary kitchen trends.

The General Manager of the academy, Çiğdem Alagök, stated, "With the new curriculum and publications we have prepared, USLA will not just be a school; it will be a center that trains professionals with a qualified, sustainable perspective for the industry," while Volkan Akkaş, CEO of Aziz Ebay Holding and Board Member, explained the motivation for this investment: "Our goal is to establish a long-lasting infrastructure for Turkey's gastronomy vision. For us, USLA is a complementary and strategic element on the way to becoming a 360-degree sustainable gastronomy holding."

Experience-focused content stands out in USLA's new term for culinary enthusiasts. Students are experiencing a genuine learning process with a curriculum fed by the daily operational data of over 60 restaurants.

The sector needed a qualified workforce, congratulations.
