Dear CUSTOMER;

The personal data that you have shared with USLA, which can be defined as Customer's name, surname, email address, T.C. Identity number, age, gender, demographic data, financial data, etc., will be processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data;

To receive orders, to provide products and services, to develop products and services, to resolve systemic issues, to carry out payment transactions, to be used for marketing activities regarding orders, products, and services, if prior consent is given, the information belonging to the Customer can be recorded indefinitely/for a limited time, stored in written/magnetic archives, used, updated, shared, transferred, and processed in other ways by USLA or third parties authorized by USLA.

To CUSTOMERS, in accordance with the applicable legislation, commercial electronic communications can be made by USLA via SMS/text message, instant notification, automated calling, computer, phone, email/mail, fax, and other electronic communication tools for all kinds of promotions, advertisements, communications, promotions, sales, and marketing purposes, including credit card and membership information, transactions, and applications. The BUYER has accepted to receive commercial electronic messages.

Necessary measures for the security of the information and transactions shared by the CUSTOMER with USLA have been taken by USLA in its own system infrastructure, according to the nature of the information and transaction, to the extent of current technical capabilities. However, since the relevant information is entered from devices belonging to the CUSTOMER, it is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to take necessary precautions, including those related to viruses and similar harmful applications, to protect them and to prevent access by unauthorized persons.

The CUSTOMER can request the cessation of data usage-processing and/or communications at any time by reaching out through the communication channels specified to USLA. According to the CUSTOMER's explicit notification on this matter, personal data processing and/or communications will be stopped within the legal maximum period; additionally, if desired, the information other than those that must be legally retained and/or those that can be anonymized will be deleted from the data recording system or made anonymous in a way that does not reveal identity.

Privacy-security policies and terms of use applicable to other sites accessed from USLA are valid, and USLA is not responsible for any disputes and negative consequences that may arise.

By becoming a member of USLA, all matters stated in this clarification text are deemed accepted by you.
