Special Notes for the Event

• The workshop is aimed at participants aged 5-9 and their parents attending together.

• Children must participate with an adult (one ticket).

• Two people can work at each station.

• Our programs take place with a minimum of 6 participants.

• No refunds or exchanges are made for tickets.

• We kindly ask you to bring a storage container to take your extra food home.

General Event Rules

• Workshop tickets are personal. Name/ticket/age checks are conducted before the workshop starts.

• All workshops provide a digital personalized “USLA Workshop Participation Certificate” and “Recipe”.

• To access recipes at the workshop entrance, your phones must have the 'QR code scanning' feature enabled or a QR scanning app installed.

• Our workshops are conducted in Turkish.

• Our workshop kitchen is fully equipped for 18 people. Depending on the type of event, each station is planned for one or two people to work.

• Our semi-professional workshop kitchen accommodates 14 people and uses professional equipment along with small home appliances.

• Our chocolate workshop class is suitable for 8 adults and 10 children.

• Our cocktail workshops take place in the Usla Bar area with fully equipped equipment for 10 people to receive training simultaneously.

• Our programs take place with a minimum of six participants. If the required number of participants is not reached, a refund will be provided. Refund processing times are completed within 5 to 7 days, depending on your bank.

• USLA reserves the right to make changes to the kitchens where workshops will take place.

• USLA reserves the right to cancel the organization by refunding the event fee paid by participants if deemed necessary.

• USLA reserves the right to change content and dates for events if deemed necessary.

• As stated in Article 48 of the Law on the Protection of Consumers, “in distance contracts, contracts that are excluded from the scope, the rights and obligations of the consumer and the seller and provider, the right of withdrawal, the obligation to inform, delivery and other implementation procedures and principles are determined by regulation.” According to this article, refunds or changes cannot be made for USLA Workshop tickets.

To CUSTOMERS, in accordance with the applicable legislation, commercial electronic communications can be made by USLA via SMS/text message, instant notification, automated calling, computer, phone, email/mail, fax, and other electronic communication tools for all kinds of promotions, advertisements, communications, promotions, sales, and marketing purposes, including credit card and membership information, transactions, and applications. The BUYER has accepted to receive commercial electronic messages.

Necessary measures for the security of the information and transactions shared by the CUSTOMER with USLA have been taken by USLA in its own system infrastructure, according to the nature of the information and transaction, to the extent of current technical capabilities. However, since the relevant information is entered from devices belonging to the CUSTOMER, it is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to take necessary precautions, including those related to viruses and similar harmful applications, to protect them and to prevent access by unauthorized persons.

The CUSTOMER can request the cessation of data usage-processing and/or communications at any time by reaching out through the communication channels specified to USLA. According to the CUSTOMER's explicit notification on this matter, personal data processing and/or communications will be stopped within the legal maximum period; additionally, if desired, the information other than those that must be legally retained and/or those that can be anonymized will be deleted from the data recording system or made anonymous in a way that does not reveal identity.

Privacy-security policies and terms of use applicable to other sites accessed from USLA are valid, and USLA is not responsible for any disputes and negative consequences that may arise.
